Inspiration from Max Strom

“When your emotions are submerged, you feel them, but sometimes cannot understand or articulate them clearly, they can be almost unidentifiable. Through conscious breath work, the emotions are then lifted above the horizon,so to speak. Once they are lifted up above the horizon, you can see them clearly and begin to understand and putthem into context. When this happens you cease to be afraid of them. Once unafraid, you can begin to heal. Once you heal, then you become a more integrated as a whole person and your relationships become healthier and more vital. ”
